Lyndey Milan Cookbook and Brilliant Cut Knife

Cure Cancer Collaboration Ambassador Lyndey Milan has kindly donated a copy of her cookbook, 'Lyndey & Blair’s Taste of Greece' book and a Lyndey Milan Brilliant Cut Knife.

A personalised, signed copy of Lyndey & Blair’s Taste of Greece cookbook which followed the hugely successful SBS television series Lyndey & Blair’s Taste of Greece in which mother and son explore the beautiful cuisine and culture of Greece’s historic and picturesque Peloponnese.   The book is a tribute to Blair, who aged 29 sadly died from Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

Stunning photography, amusing anecdotes and authentic yet fresh recipes abound as chapter by chapter the regions of Greece’s historic heart are uncovered.

The Brilliant Cut Knife – imagine a knife which CAN go in the dishwasher and rarely needs sharpening!

This is the only knife you'll ever need and stays sharp up to 45 times longer than steel! It's the only blade in the world with revolutionary technology combining diamonds, silver, ceramic and titanium.

Lyndey worked with Forever Knives’ master craftsmen in Japan to design and create a knife with incredible sharpness, durability and cutting prowess.

The blade is a world first and features a unique patented alloy:
  • Diamonds a world first for incredible performance and strength
  • Silver with unique anti-bacterial properties for good health
  • Ceramic for sharpness and holding the cutting edge for a very long time
  • Titanium is corrosion resistant, flexible and lightweight to reduce fatigue

“My professional life is focussed on empowering the home cook. Too many of them have blunt knives because they don’t know how to sharpen them. I want cooking to be easy and fun. I tested this knife for over 12 months and am very proud to put my name to it. I love using it for everything – it doesn’t let me down, staying sharp much longer than my steel knives – and that’s because it contains diamonds – something every girl loves – though men will love the technical aspects too!”, said Lyndey Milan.

Combined value of nearly $300.

Sincere thanks to Lyndey Milan for this prize donation in support of Cure Cancer's 12 Days of Christmas Silent Auction!
