This 2001  Jaguar XJ Executive car bonnet is a unique piece of art created for Bangers and Cash, the UK’s first art roadshow banger rally from Sheffield to Monte Carlo which took place on 21st – 25th September 2018 and was driven by sponsors Horbury Group.

Over the last two years Anne-Marie has been lucky enough to participate in several sculpture trails around the UK - including painting a Jungle Book themed lion; a bhangra-playing bear; a sun-bear showing the devastation to wildlife caused by deforestation; a Sherlock Holmes-themed otter and a giant pink minion pig (the Swinions). When not occupied painting giant sculptures, Anne-Marie draws (mainly life drawing and portraits), creates digital art and writes fiction. Any spare time is spent reading, because you can never have too much inspiration in life.

Van Gogh spent a lot of time painting in the south of France, so it seems appropriate for one of the rally cars to be decorated in Van Gogh’s lovely loose style. The design shows iconic scenes along the route from the start in Sheffield to the finish in Monte Carlo.
